Creators: We collect account details such as name, email, and payment information to provide our services.
Viewers: We do not collect personal data. However, ads may be delivered by third-party ad networks, which may use cookies or tracking.
2. Use of Information
Creator information is used to operate the platform, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and Advertising Measurement
On our public pages (home, pricing, sign-up and checkout) we use cookies from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), only if you accept them in our cookie banner. They help us measure how visitors find us, count sign-ups and purchases, and show MediaPilot ads to people who visited our site.
If you accept and then sign up or buy a plan, we may send Meta and Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address to match that event. We never send passwords or card details.
If you reject, or never choose, none of these tools load. You can change your choice any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer. We treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a rejection. These tools are never used inside the creator dashboard or in any TV app.
4. Creator-Audience Features
Creators may choose to collect information from their audiences (e.g., for subscriptions, newsletters, or promotions). This is optional and controlled entirely by the creator. Media Pilot does not access or store this data.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect creator account information, but no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Children
Our services are intended for users 18 years and older.
7. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Continued use of Media Pilot means you accept the updated terms.
